DELIVERY QUESTIONS

How do I track my gym clothing delivery?

All Deezi Active purchases are sent via registered Australia Post services.

Once the item is shipped you will be sent a tracking number via the email address provided at checkout.

The best way to track your item is via the Australia Post website.

Do you post internationally?

Yes. Deezi Active currently ships to New Zealand.

We are working towards opening up international orders towards the beginning of 2022

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you offer exchanges or returns?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your goods to us within 14 days of purchase and we will be happy to offer you a refund or exchange. The item must be in the original condition with tags attached and must not have been worn or damaged.

The original and return postage is at the buyer’s expense and will not be refunded or credited as part of the purchase amount.

A repost charge of $10 will be applicable for replacement styles.

Can I return sale/reduced price items?

Unfortunately the purchase of sale/reduced price items is final. Please be sure to consult our return and exchange terms and conditions.

 

DEEZI SIZING

What do I do if I am in between sizes?

At Deezi Active we aim to cater for women of all shapes and sizes. If you are unsure of your size we recommend taking a look at our sizing chart. If you find you are between sizes we generally recommend taking the smaller size due to the stretch & second skin nature of the product.

What is the fit like?

We try not to be biased but we love the fit of our garments. Made from 4-way stretch moisture wicking fabric they are comfortable and supportive. We ensure all of our garments allow optimal movement and functionality to allow you to smash every goal you set yourself.

You can customize the fit of your Deezi Active to suit your needs, however we recommend taking your true pant size to ensure you experience the ultimate comfort, lift and support that our product provides.

However, if you prefer a more relaxed fit or like to have a little extra room taking the size up will allow a fit with a little extra room.
